Rudiantara resigns from PLN

Rudiantara, vice president director of state-owned electricity company PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) has tendered his resignation letter to SOEs ministry, Detik.com reported.
Rudiantara said he had professionally accomplished what he thinks he should do at PLN. He has been in the position since 2007. Rudiantara will soon get a new job he didn't disclose. He was director at PT Semen Gresik (SMGR) Tbk before PLN job and director at telecommunication company PT Excelcomindo Pratama (EXCL) Tbk before SMGR.
Government plans to install new CEO for PLN to replace Fahmi Mochtar. Jawa Pos CEO and owner Dahlan Iskan is considered the strongest candidate to replace Fahmi. Dahlan admitted he had signed a letter before President SBY last week for that job. There will be no vice president director position in the new structure of PLN management. So, resign before the job is no longer available!
