"Justice" in this land has always been used politically..
For some, "Justice" is unjust
For others, "Justice" is impartial
Sad But True...
O'Lord,
Kindly save this land
A rare poetic moment.... Indonesian judicial branch is the least democratic branch of the country. It is not elected by the people and therefore it can afford to resist reform: no oversight committe, bizzare code of conduct, etc. Our country needs a major overhaul of its justice system very very badly. Until it happens, unfortunately we have to rely on mercy from the lords of the land.
A rare poetic moment indeed.
And I'm tempted to stop blogging In Memoriam.
What is justice anyway ? You accepted only if it suit your needs (or those close to you). Otherwise you will always say that it is unjust.
There is no absolute justice in this world, simply because we are all too human. Even the one deemed as "infallible" have shown he can make mistakes. A lot of big mistakes.
