RAIN Group coal production target

PT Resource Alam Indonesia (KKGI) Tbk expects commercial coal production from Purwajaya Block operated by its subsidiary PT Insani Baraperkasa to start in September.

The company told IDX last week that construction of hauling road is almost done, while stock pile and jetty have been 90% accomplished for Purwajaya Block. 

Meanwhile, the company is examining further drilling for Separi and Perangat blocks. All the blocks within coal concession of Insani Baraperkasa have secured production license from energy and mineral resources ministry. 

Exploration continues on Gunung Pinang block. All of them are located in Kutai Kertanegara regency, East Kalimantan. The company has spent US$909,144 for exploration activities in these blocks.
